Or where can I find a list of all certified WHMCS resellers ? google.com Ive found that licensepal.com has the best prices for whmcs. And of course it wouldnt be fair to have a list of all certified resellers. At least if whmcs.com published that, it would be wrong IMHO. linux-tech 11-01-2007, 12:45 PM So have you tired AWBS lately? According to this thread you used a like a year ago. Why would I? Same ownership Same ridiculous code Same pathetic looking templates Yeah, I'll just go right back to the same old same old. Their system is the worst I've seen, bar none (and yes, that's even taking mb5 into comparison). Even modernbill, as bad as support was never corrupted a database. Unless they've sold their company, fired every employee, owner and investor rewritten the code ENTIRELY from the ground up, there's no reason to go back there. Licensepal is probably going to be the cheapest you'll find for WHMCS licenses. As far as a "direct list", you're right, you probably won't find any. WHMCS would be wrong to publish this, as individuals would go door to door, just shopping for the lowest price imaginable. mosha 11-01-2007, 08:23 PM I have bought WHMCS leased license from Licencepal. They are really cheap. SkylarMacMinn 11-01-2007, 08:35 PM I have been using WHMCS for a long time now and I personally think that nothing can beat the functuality and editability of WHMCS. Your best bet is to go with WHMCS and sticking with it, as all the reviews seem to point to WHMCS. Now as for Licencepal being cheapest, I could say differently. The webhost I have my VPS through sells WHMCS for only 10.00 per month. SrKHost 11-02-2007, 02:50 AM I have bought WHMCS leased license from Licencepal. They are really cheap. The price / license for certified resellers is 7.5 MAX, so I think 12,95$ is not that cheap, i'm not loking for 8$... but at least 9-10$. Or a owned license for ~150$, thats the max buget I can allow for this... So I would be gratefull if someone could tell me a certified that has a lower price for monthly or owned license. A nice day ;) MACscr 11-02-2007, 09:24 AM The price / license for certified resellers is 7.5 MAX, so I think 12,95$ is not that cheap, i'm not loking for 8$... but at least 9-10$. A nice day ;) Your making up prices. No type of max price like that exists. You might be getting confused with the pricing for a hosts who provides whmcs licenses to its own customers. They cant sell/provide the licenses to anyone that isnt on their servers. Plus that price still isnt that low to start off with and again, there is no max price. Dont make things up, its pretty unprofessional. SrKHost 11-02-2007, 09:33 AM Please read more carefuly. To be a certified reseller you have to sell at least 50licenses (whmcs rules). If you sell 50 licenses you have 7.5$/license or lower (if more licenses). Thats why I sayd the certified resellers pay maximum 7.5$ for a license. So... my question was: Where can i find a monthly license under 12.95$/month or owned license under 209.95$ ? Lpal-Patrick 11-02-2007, 10:29 AM Aren't you being a little unreasonable SrkHost? Let's say the reseller gets it for $7.50 then sells it for $10 that's $2.50 profit but you have to take away payment gateway fees which will bring it down to about $1.50 profit. But then you're going to expect some kind of good service/support from this reseller company. Which they can't provide with such a low profit. The cheapest license i have seen is $10.50, do a google search and you might find them. I am not sure if they were certified or not. Good luck SrKHost 11-02-2007, 10:53 AM I know that the support is given by whmcs, not by the reseller... I googled it but I realy couden't find anything else... LaneHost 11-02-2007, 01:54 PM SrKHost, I think you got the WHMCS licenses mixed up. The license that ayrshirehosting got for his VPS was purchased in bulk so he was able to get the monthly branded leased license for $10. Also that license does not include it's own login at WHMCS.com. Only WHMCS licenses you can purchase in bulk is for resellers who sell them to their own hosting/dedicated customers only. Since they are purchased in bulk, and its being sold to your own customer base you can set whatever price you want. Now if you want to sell WHMCS licenses to anybody not just your own customers then you need to be a certified WHMCS reseller. The licenses certified resellers are able to sell are not purchased in bulk they are purchased individually and are at a set price we purchase them at which doesn't change how many are purchased through us or any certified WHMCS reseller. These licenses are also different as these licenses include your own login at WHMCS.com. If we could purchase all the licenses in bulk we would of already done that ;) :stickout: I wouldn't say support is given only by WHMCS, I think that depends on who you purchase it from. SkylarMacMinn 11-02-2007, 02:53 PM SrKHost, The license that ayrshirehosting got for his VPS was purchased in bulk so he was able to get the monthly branded leased license for $10. Also that license does not include it's own login at WHMCS.com. Lanehost is right in his point there. I contacted WHMCS in regards to support and they said they do not offer it to WHMCS reseller clients, as they do buy them in bulk. So if you get it from your webhost you are basically on your own, not that it is hard to use and configure anyways. As for getting a WHMCS leased license for cheap, that is rather hard to find. There are very few Verified Resellers who can sell them for cheap let alone they need to make a profit. You may however find a deal on getting it for cheaper with a coupon. Say in my case I got my VPS at a 50% off deal that is reoccuring. I added WHMCS to the order, so in technicality I am only paying $5 a month on the WHMCS. And again I had to have a contact and know a member on the support team to get the code that only sertain people get.. Which is why I now sell VPSs on my hosting, wich would be through them so my clients will get the benifit of cheaper VPS plans that are hard to find. If it is support from WHMCS you are looking for, you may be better off spending the few extra bucks and get the license directly from WHMCS.com. If you don't need to worry about the support, then your best bet is to get it through your webhost for about 10 dollars (if they offer it). In reality you won't get it for as cheap as you are wanting one for. SrKHost 11-02-2007, 03:02 PM I don't have a webhost, I have a dedicated server and LT is not selling whmcs licenses. But thanks anyway, I think I will get a reseller account from resellerzoom and they sell whmcs at 5 $. So i will have whmcs + a reseller account to host it cheaper than I found only the license (5$+6.95$=11.95$ -> cheaper than 12.95$) ;) Ahmed00 11-06-2007, 08:57 AM am using AWBS more than 3 years its good and have so many futrues:) |
