I should probably add a little more information.
I am not in the webhosting business per se. I host mainly for friends and family and offer a few free accounts to members of a graphics group.

I need about 10-12 gb space and probably only about 40-50 gb bandwidth. We are not a high traffic group.

I host about 30 domains, 75 subdomains and about 100 webuser accounts. I do run a small business and need reliability. I don't have a lot of support issues. I have been with my current host for several years. Only the domains have control panel access, but they are all familiar with plesk and I need to keep the httpdocs versus public_html.

I do run 2 WOW BB forums and need MySQL 4, they won't run on 5.
PHP 4 or 5 is ok.
