I need a domain registrar that have free BILLING APPLICATION and READY CUSTOMER SHOPPING templates for the common domain like com, net, org but especially also for eu and fi.
Eu and fi would be our main customer domains types.

There are billing systems like WHM AutoPilot, ModernBill, ClientExec but some or all are registrar dependent as I understand?
Not sure if such registrar for them exist that also can register eu and fi name?
Maybe someone could clarify that more in detail?

Well aviously the price also matters.
I have no intensions on selling customers huge domain name prices, just normal marketing prices.

I also need the tools to be able to be translated to Finnish language.

Google (my old and very clever friend) suggest domain.com for fi domains and eurodns.com for eu domains.
Good luck.

HOSTGATOR for example provide free billing app, free ordering templates for reseller for both hosting and domain name sales.

Well that for example dont support fi or eu domain name which is what I need.

The obvious way to find out about registrars for ccTLD domains is to go to the registry web site - where you will also find information about registration rules.

So... the first step is to go to the IANA ccTLD database (www.iana.org) and look up the registry web site.

The .fi registry lives at domain.ficora.fi

.fi is a restricted registry - .fi domains are only available to individuals and companies resident in Finland, and proof of residency needs to be provided at the time of registration - which is probably the reason why .fi domains are not widely availble through registrars. It looks like you can register direct with the registry.

The .eu registry lives at eurid.eu - and there is a list of registrars on their web site.
