This is a quick note to let you know Cerberus Helpdesk 4.0 RC1 has been released.
This will be the sixth holiday season for Cerberus Helpdesk, where inboxes are overflowing for one of two reasons -- either you're in retail and business is booming, or you're on vacation and letting things pile up.
In either situation, Cerberus Helpdesk 4.0 is packed with improvements to help you get more done this holiday season.
For example, using the new 'buckets' feature you can create an assembly line for new orders (verification, fulfilled, shipped, charged). The new Community Tools allow you to create unlimited knowledgebases to serve as FAQs for all your products and services. Fetch & Retrieve allows your users to search all your resources (e.g., wikis, blogs, forums, FAQs) to find answers. Service Levels allow you to prioritize senders so your most important, paying customers are serviced first automatically.
In the interest of saving you time, here are some of the most interesting links about what we've been up to.
If you haven't been following the progress of 4.0 development, a great overview of the new concepts and features can be found here:

You can explore the public Cerb4 demo, found here:

And you can generate a private evaluation of Cerb4, hosted by us, instantly here:

We've recently improved our Annual Upgrade policy to grant a 50% renewal discount to all Cerberus Helpdesk license owners, regardless of when you made your purchase. This gives long-time community members proper recognition for their valuable efforts in helping grow the project.
