The reason 123-reg's price is nearly double is becasue they impose a 2 year minimum registration fee on all domains. So how can you justify ukreg advertising of 49p a domain and 123-reg's 39p? roby2k 08-11-2002, 05:33 PM thats apoint there both like uk2.net 1p domain and the rest of it edb49 08-17-2002, 09:14 AM Originally posted by blob2 So how can you justify ukreg advertising of 49p a domain and 123-reg's 39p? On this page: http://www.ukreg.com/ukreg.exe?ACTION=1&PAGE=info.htm UKreg say that the nic (OpenSRS) fees for COM/NET/ORG domains go down depending on how many domains you buy from UKreg. Not entirely accurate! :) blob2 08-19-2002, 04:36 AM I quoted the minimum charge. I can see why you are upset by this post as seen as your planning on using false advertising to get customers. Thats already been done, try something else mate. |
