Alhough your offers seems fair, I'm just wondering about how many months you're talking... I mean - if you're talking lifetime hosting, the cost for the hosting company accepting your offer would be way too much compared to the design you're going to deliver, no matter what the quality of the design will be.

That said, if you could please quote me your best price on a phpBB skin (heavily modified) that is used by students, and should be available in 6 different colours, I would certainly appreciate it. My email address is david@justonefee.com.

so you want 6 forum skins?

Actually, it would be only 1 skin in 6 different colours. The site should have a standard lay-out and look, but as the forums has 6 departments with 6 different databases, we would like something to recognise the 6 different departments, such as one coloured line within the lay-out that is unique to each department (the general lay-out for the site should be identical though)
