Now there is no index page at your root public directory, that's why it does a directory listing. If you want to keep those 2 sub directories you should set some redirects from cpanel.

And moving applications means that you have to change possible configuration settings in the apllication's conf files.

I would suggest creating 2 subdomains with the name of the folders.
shop.hotspot.biz (http://www.ehotspot.biz/blog), blog.ehotspot.biz (http://www.ehotspot.biz/blog)

Actually i wanted the blog directory to become the main root directory and the shop to remain the shop but how to ensure everything works well? because the sub directory is already there and why will i need to create subdomain again??
