Im looking to move one of my servers away from PSM, coz it needs pro-active management.

Can someone suggest a good service provider with the following features

- Proactive mgmt
- Need to look into unusually high loads and rectify it before server goes down and then restart.
- Need to be able to figure out cause for unsual loads (DDOS etc?), and fix them.
- Downtime needs to be minimal. A company that takes downtimes seriously.
- Running on Cpanel
