I'm not sure how many other hosts use this ordering script, but I just noticed that DynastyHost and Myacen use the same looking order form. I am looking to get one myself that will work with my 2checkout account I just purchased. Does anyone know where they got the order script, and I assume it costs money as well so I need to know how much it is?

Well if you are a new host modernbill may be slightly out of your price range. Maybe you should take a look at phpmanager.com . I use it myself and it's quite good. ;)
