I'm looking for a script or someone to develop the script that will allow my visitors to place comments (like youtube) to mention something that is powerful and at the same time simple...

Features:

I should be able to place it under each contest separately
Simple to implement
Portable

I believe PHP will be good but if you have any other programming language I can look into it...

You will also have to have time to teach me how to set it up...:agree:
