We'd like to know what FAQ software all of you are using. We've gone over about 10 different pieces of FAQ software but we found limitations with all of them.

We're looking for something that's very customizable, and allows for unlimited categories and sub-categories.

I really like the faq's at futurequest - http://service.futurequest.net/tech/support.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php

i think it's from www.rightnow.com though I might be wrong.

Hi Successful,

Thought i would take a few mins to look back at the board (currently designing some cpanel themes) to answer another one of your questions.

I was looking for a FAQ system for a long time and i finally found one that does exactly what i was looking for.

Hope that helps

I just don't get it. I've looked at about 40 different FAQ scripts today and none of them have sub-categories ???

Try the PerlDesk Knowledge Base system...it is combined with the desk.

I tried SmartFAQ a while ago and even paid to remove their copyright symbol. SmartFAQ is not powerful enough and does not allow for sub categories.

I would suggest taking a look at KBase by tlcwe.com I think you will find that it meets all of your requirements.

Cool, you will be very happy with the Kbase program, it has worked out great for me! The sub categories are also a very nice feature that most do not have.
