Wonderful. Besides all the other problems so far today, the Burst.net MAIN PHONE NUMBER has been DISCONNECTED!
What the hell is going on?
Does anyone have any alternate contact numbers for them????

Please do not be alarmed...Verizon has been installing new phone services for us at the NOC and as a result we are experiencing some phoneline downtime. This will not affect our servers in anyway shape or form.
The service will be back up in a little while. For now all technical issues needed to be resolved should be differed to our main real time chat arenas on AIM and MSN.

Hmmm.... OK. That's good to know. It might be a good idea to put up a notice on YOUR site about that...

According to Verizon we should be back up and ready to roll.
