I have a project coming up in a couple of months for a client that will need a website designed and programmed. I've done a few other projects with small design company that is no longer around and I'm looking for a new designer.

We want to stay away from the "one-man shops" and the very large web design groups. We prefer someone with a solid design work history. We're looking for tight, optimized, standards compliant coding and innovative unique design and ideas. We're open to as to how the back end is coded. This may require flash and/or AJAX.

The basic outlines of the project will be the management and display of graphic advertisements, robust user search (to display the appropriate advertisement) and standard features like mailing lists, polls, forums, etc...
