Hi

i have received few orders using credit card, they paid, and i delivered, however, due to the fact they make cancel the payment(either because the card is stolen or purposely), paypal usualy frozen the payment and you only aware this after one week etc. Obviously if we selling stuff, we will lose money as stuff already sent to customer, anybody has good solution to this?

Accept only from verified menbers and if it is virtual, simply reply saying it is non-tangible. As far as preventing it, you would have to do some research... If you are using a billing system you can set a fraud rating system like MaxMind that will block the order before the user has a chance to pay.

You need to have a payment service provider that concentrates on fraud control. We use SafeCharge - they're known for eliminating chargebacks and fraud.
