I ordered a reseller account with ScarabWeb yesterday and have had many problems, including WHMCS and email difficulties. However, their support has been working very hard to make me a happy customer. So far I really like it at ScarabWeb and plan to run MoltenHost here for a very long time.

I don't mind having problems, just as long as my provider's staff if trying to resolve them. They have been good to me :)

If you don't mind can you tell us what issue you faced with WHMCS?:confused:
I am happy with scarabweb.
I got a shared account a few months ago and i was very satisfied so i ordered and a reseller plan a few weeks ago. Server performs great and support is great too.

It always really acceptably to here that someone managed to find a deal with web hosting company.
Hope you will be happy with them. It is always good deal to have such great customers like you.

The problem with WHMCS was domain related and has been resolved.

Glad to see you're happy with them but as crinner posted come back in a few months and let us know how you're doing.
I don't know much about ScarabWeb but their bandwidth is extremely generous.
