As a newbie this is just a quesiton?

Have you ever tried selling domain names on Ebay?
Does anyone ever have any luck there?

I was thinking of listing a few I have to sell .

I sure have - And for the most part, they've sold for 3 or 4 times as much as I could get here on WHT or sitepoint.

In my case, however, I usually put a simple site up on the domain. I've found that people looking for domains on eBay are usually looking to take control of actual websites, so having some sort of content on there is beneficial.

Not only do a lot of people sell domains on ebay there are several people who do it for a business. There is a "how to sell domains on ebay" guide out there that teaches how to buy names and resell on ebay. I read it about a year ago and learned a lot. (most of the names I buy now came from techniques I learned in the book). Being new to this forum I am not allowed to post links but the site was DomainSellingManual dot com
