I can't seem to reach CDGCommerce's merchant portal or their main site.

Seems to be back up now. may have just been me.

There was a brief outage today (i.e. a few minutes) during a server reboot which affected our Web site and the merchant portal.

There was no impact on any merchant transaction processing - it was just our Web site and reporting interface.

Thanks for the update :) I was having connection issues on my side at the time so I made this post in an effort to see if it was just me or not.
