I have purchased a phpprobid software a couple of months ago - Due to many problems the site is just now taking off but i still have problems with the non english categories- I have tried to regenerate but nothing works. I have tried many times to contact phprobid but noone replies - I am waiting for the last month for my acceptance to the forum and the support tickets never seem to work- any ideas?

Have you white listed phpprobid so you can receive their emails?

I have received emails from them before and even received a reply asking to specify my problems but then no reply after that.
