I placed an order for a logo at Get Drawn.

Now they claim to have trouble with some mailservers so
they can`t send me the logo or username and pw to their
client system. Anyone else in this situation?

That's odd, their domain works, anyway why can't they just email the logo to you?

I have asked Nich at Get Drawn this question six times
the last 72 hours. No reply. But they have a notice about the
mailserver issue at their website. Nich told me the
logo was done, the first draft anyway. This he told me in a
mail that came trough 72 hours ago. I should have received
a mail with username and password to their client system.

So I just wonder if anyone else who have placed an order there
the last couple of weeks have the same trouble.

Nich at GetBoxed contacted me using his private
email. I`ll have the logo tomorrow.

I placed an order with them back in the beginning of August.

The completed 2 different drafts for me, of which, I explained to them, were not what I was looking for, and I told them specifically what I was looking for based off of what they had already done for someone else...

Then the mail server problem...

Then the personal email from Nich...

Then Nothing...

Then me lashing out at them for doing nothing, for which I got a return email stating that I would be refunded my money, and they would also complete the logo for me.


Still nothing...

Earlier they had told me to post in the Get Boxed area... I did.
Several times.

Nothing.

Now, not even a peep.

I'm pee'd off just a bit...
