AH-Tina 10-23-2007, 08:18 PM what about WHMC without Kayako ?? I don't understand. My question was how to integrate WHMCS and Kayako. You're asking how to integrate WHMCS without Kayako?? What are you integrating it with? --Tina bear 10-23-2007, 08:21 PM Integrate how, Tina? Design wise, login share...which? AH-Tina 10-23-2007, 08:23 PM Integrate how, Tina? Design wise, login share...which? The whole works. I understand login share might not be possible though. But, as much as possible, I'd like to see it integrated with WHMCS. We're to the point that the WHMCS helpdesk just isn't beefy enough for us. --Tina E-Learning 10-23-2007, 08:25 PM aha ... sorry i didn't understand you ... Jdubz31 10-23-2007, 08:33 PM Tina, Loginshare shouldn't be too much of an issue, though you would need to build your own for use with WHMCS. If you're up to it, look here for assistance: http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=12857 As for integrating it's appearance, you could insert the link in your billing center to the location where Kayako would reside, and then update the theme accordingly. Littleoak 10-23-2007, 09:09 PM Tina, there is a post on the WHMCS forums (http://forums.whmcs.com/viewtopic.php?t=2947) which might be useful to you. There is a second thread (http://forums.whmcs.com/viewtopic.php?t=4138) that talks about integration. WHMCS-Matt 10-25-2007, 09:33 AM I am working with the developers at Kayako on a full integration with Kayako. When completed, if enabled, the Kayako sections would then replace the WHMCS Announcements, KB, Downloads & Ticket sections in the WHMCS Client Area. Admin Areas will of course remain seperate. Matt AH-Tina 10-25-2007, 10:15 AM Kayako seems to have a reputation of being incredibly slow when it comes to releasing upgrades, etc. Do you have any time-frame for when this integration module might be released? --Tina Jamie Edwards 10-25-2007, 06:08 PM WHMCS are actually waiting on us at the moment. You can track things on our end here: http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=14039&highlight=whmcs Dan_EZPZ 10-25-2007, 06:19 PM Nice! I'll be switching to Kayako once this is completed for sure. HostThree 10-25-2007, 06:37 PM What I done for the time being was redirect the link to open a new support ticket to my Kayako system. It's not great, but it does the trick for the time being. hpham 10-25-2007, 10:55 PM I would like to see it's completed asap too :) AH-Tina 10-25-2007, 10:56 PM WHMCS are actually waiting on us at the moment. How long are they going to have to wait? ;) --Tina uberhostNET 10-25-2007, 11:28 PM WHMCS + Kayako will make lots of people happy. :) vnsg 10-26-2007, 01:57 AM I sold my Supportsuite lic because of WHMCS support features,if both are integrated, more than happy to switch back to kayako. hope you guys make it happen soon IH-Rameen 10-26-2007, 04:11 AM We're currently using the integration script released on the WHMCS forums. Nothing great but at least tickets now appear on WHMCS and has a partial login share. However the script is not 100% and so we are too waiting on Kayako to release the login share. Considering the history of Kayako, I am not expecting anything anytime soon. Jamie Edwards 10-26-2007, 09:25 AM How long are they going to have to wait? ;) --Tina Hopefully not a long time, the WHMCS integration is in demand and we are trying our best to match that with development priority. Having said that, we do have a lot on at the moment so I cannot give an ETA on the project (at the risk of disappointing). Thanks :) jerett 10-26-2007, 09:42 AM Should be a nice addition for those that still utilize Kayako. I personally enjoy using WHMCS for their all in one solution so I am not sure if I will be quick to jump on this. I can see the benefit however of having it. Great stuff! boonchuan 10-26-2007, 10:36 AM Is there anyway to migrate my helpdesk and knowledge base into WHMCS? I am working with the developers at Kayako on a full integration with Kayako. When completed, if enabled, the Kayako sections would then replace the WHMCS Announcements, KB, Downloads & Ticket sections in the WHMCS Client Area. Admin Areas will of course remain seperate. Matt |
