There's no need to add DirectAdmin or RR at checkout if they are already included in the package. You can put in the comments section to install DirectAdmin and if you have any special disk partitioning requirements you can add them there also.

i just buy server from this company.. it's setup my server in 30hours. for the support ticket, you will get reply in 30 minute to 5 hours.

this company not big so, you will not get the suport instantly..
