These guys never ever answer support requests or email of any sort. They claim to be Freezone Internet trading as Domain Express, but this is just not true.

They ARE part of Freezone Internet Group AND you can always chat to a REAL live person (not robot)as well as email. Staff are highly trained too. Emails are automatically converted to tickets and answered. They don't have a telephone line which keeps their prices competitive and service is excellent - give them a try and you will see what I mean !
