I have a reseller account with Reseller Zoom. I can add upto 200 PLESK accounts / domains as per their website.

I can not create seperate accounts but it only allow me to ADD Domain in my main account.

Now if any of my client want to create a Database, how can they create it?

If you cannot create separate accounts for each domains, it doesnt like a reseller account from my view. It's just a shared account with add-on domains. You should check again with ResellerZoom to ask why you cannot do that

Yes, I have sent an email stating my issue.

If I cant get 200 PLESK "ACCOUNTS" as advertised on their site then its of no use.

Its quite possible that I am doing something wrong but PLESK is not new to me so I dont understand how I am unable to do add a client.

I had the same problem and just decided that plesk was to darn confusing for us, and we didn't want to provide that complication to our customers. It just wouldn't make since.

I suggest cancelling your plesk account.

It was very easy bro but infact I missed it!

All I had to do was to assign a "Domain Administrator" so the admin / user can login using the domainname.com and password assigned by me.

This gives each domain access to their control panel, but it's really not a reseller account, it's shared hosting with domain add-on privileges.

In Helm, addon domains act as separate hosting account.
Each website has its own home folder.
The only difference is you don't have separate login for each domain.
A reseller account can create multiple hosting accounts. A hosting account can host multiple domains.
