Does anyone know any companies that offer anonymous support to your clients, like Kualo.

If so, any experiences with Kualo and the others?

If I'm understanding you correct...www.bobcares.com. I haven't used it myself as I have no need (:stickout ), but from reviews and from all the word of mouth, I've heard it was great. For non-experienced resellers, I believe Bob Cares has a package for $75 in which they'll answer all of your tickets and issues. Sounds good to me.

They have a bunch of different programs. You can even get a resellers plan from them (for new resellers of clients 1-24), for only 24-25 bucks a month.

I meant more like Kualo, you host with them and YOUR clients can get support from them using a help desk, and they respond as if they were you.

Hmm...I wouldn't know of any reseller hosts like that. Most reseller hosts just give you lots of space and bandwith and then it is up to you to do everything for your clients. (Hosts will usually support server-side issues, but not client-side issues.)
