Is this an existing Web site or a new Web site? You mentioned you needed someone to upload a template. However, that could mean building the site from scratch based upon the current state of the site. You probably need a Web designer to first construct the site then look to someone to provide monthly maintenance. Sometimes, the initial designer will provide this service.

Hire a freelancer instead of a company. Post your request here in WHT and some freelancing websites.
