So basically, everytime your banner is displayed it costs $1.00

But he has deals going, so if you buy 50 CPM's you get 25 free , so you'd get your banner displayed 75 times for $50.

Or you can go monthly, and for $60 you get roughly 100,000 CPM's.

CPM = Cost per THOUSAND impressions.
For $1.00 he'll show your banner 1,000 times.

Yes its Cost per Thousand

So 20* CPM = 20,000 ad views, + 5,000 free
=25,000

My bad. Your right. I knew i forgot something. Short for cost per thousand (the letter "M" in the abbreviation is the Roman numeral for one thousand). CPM is used by Internet marketers to price ad banners. Sites that sell advertising will guarantee an advertiser a certain number of impressions (number of times an ad banner is downloaded and presumably seen by visitors.), then set a rate based on that guarantee times the CPM rate. A Web site that has a CPM rate of $25 and guarantees advertisers 600,000 impressions will charge $15,000 ($25 x 600) for those advertisers' ad banner.

Hmm... I was interested until I visited your site. I am not sure how you could be getting so many hits and page views if you only have a total of 105 members. I don't see a lot of activity in your forums either. So, where are all those page views coming from?

Alot of page views come from PHPNuke.org (I think thats the URL)

I used to visit that site alot.

Ermm!

you only have a total of 105 members

I did state the site was 9 days old.

We get 1000+ hits a day from phpnuke.org alone and we are still growing.

Please read the info carefully.
