News Stories System: Basically, my staff will login and put up news for the site and the news ticker will display the headlines if the staff chooses the option for headlines...Quite simple script I would say..:D

Banner Rotation for both site and forums:
Basically, we will have a new banner either when you refresh or a new one everyday. This is also very simple...:D
