Ever noticed that certain stores always seem to spring up close to others; you can almost count on it. In the web world the only way to be close is by the URL. I think it is OK as long as it is obvious which store (site) you are in. I further think that the rackshak guy did it right. Notice that he/she is not even pushing servers, does not attempt to look like rackshack. This is OK in my book.
