I have been chating with their online chat service and they seem great!! I have also been chating with some rackshack customers and they seem very happy with their service!

I cant find an address listed on their website which always makes me nervous about giving any provider my money.

There's an PO box address in the TOS, but you can also find their address if you look in the whois of rackshack.net. If you compare to 4webspace.com, they have their snail mail address online but no telephone numbers and rackshack has the opposite. I am sure that you can phone them and they will give you their address.
