Even the most experienced hosting companies out there were "start ups" at some point. Being a start up doesn't necessarily mean they offer bad service or have a bad product, it just means you don't have many people to hear what they are like yet. haris66 08-01-2002, 01:46 AM Originally posted by reseller it just means you don't have many people to hear what they are like yet. yup .... that is the problem .... i think they are resellers: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?s=&threadid=61927&highlight=towerhost Gem Hexen 08-01-2002, 01:47 AM You're more likely to get a less loaded server if they are new. The more for you:cool: haris66 08-01-2002, 01:54 AM Originally posted by IT Hosting You're more likely to get a less loaded server if they are new. It is good to know that they don't jump for dedicated too early. reseller 08-01-2002, 02:08 AM They probably are resellers, again that doesn't mean you will get a bad deal out of it. If they have what you're after then go for it, worst case senario you have to move eventually, best case senario you form a great working relationship between yourself and them. TowerHost 08-01-2002, 02:59 AM Hey guys, Thanks for your interest in us :) 6dreamz6, which package are you interested in? If none of them suite your needs we can create a custom package for you. We are a new hosting company, opened in late July. We do offer very personalized support and various quick methods to get a hold of us - icq, msn, ticket support and of course e-mail. I'll be honest, yes we are resellers. We're keeping costs low so we can be around for the long run and grow when we need to. We also have plans for semi-dedicated hosting for accounts that grow to large and would like to establish long term relationships with our customers. Please e-mail us with any questions you may have and thanks again for your interest. Thanks NexDog 08-01-2002, 03:05 AM Great honesty, Steve and a sound professional approach. You're going to do well. :) MCHost-Marc 08-01-2002, 03:31 AM Very nice design you've got there. :) KualoJo 08-01-2002, 03:38 AM Couldn't agree more actually -- with that attitude you look set to do well TowerHost. haris66 08-01-2002, 03:51 AM just sent an email on support@towerhost.com TowerHost 08-01-2002, 07:38 AM Thank you very much everyone :) 6dreamz6, could you please try sending an e-mail again because I haven't received it. Thanks, haris66 08-01-2002, 07:54 AM sent. i think there is a problem with that server. hope that you will receive this time. TowerHost 08-01-2002, 08:26 AM Ok I've received both of your messages now, they must have been put into a que in outlook. Reply sent :) OzyWebHost 08-02-2002, 02:57 AM That's the type of attitude you look for when seeking a Host. Apart from that I viewed the site when Tower asked for critique and they listened to and acted on all comments. I know it can be a tough old world out there but you have to take chances some times. A reseller with the right approach, is new and eager to grow in stages is probably a better solution most of the time if you want a close association. |
