I am looking for a cable or DSL broadband ISP, that is around $20/mo, I know that is really asking cheap, but hey I wanna see if I can get high speed for the price of AOL (or close to it).
Also, I remember a site that gave a whole bunch of reviews by broadband users, and lists of ISPs, does anyone know it? I forgot the address.

man i pay 50/m for my charter pipeline 512/128 cable service and i'm lucky to get 128/128 during the afternoons charter absolutly stinks IMHO
i getting dsl asap if they would hurry up with the dsl install
ManyISPs are offering "high-speed", "cable", or "DSL" internet for $29 a month for the first three months, but then it's back to $49 a month.
I also like how they call it "internet" instead of "internet connection" or "internet service" like "WOW I can buy the whole internet?"

Yeah, Charter sucks bigtime. When customers are complaining that propagation hasn't worked for them 2 weeks after switching their dns...you know they're using Charter...

exactly i have to use my servers dns lol somtimes just to see some sites :(
and charter is so horrible they said they plan to upgrade their (last time i talked to them 10 T1's for 2,000 users) to a ds3 but they hav'nt set a date or anything its still in the works so at least another 6 months or a year those idiots.
i'll gladly leave them asap i can't play games most afternoons since my ping is worse than 56k :(
the T1's are completely saturated
right now people are saying they pulling this file @ 500KB/s on cable i'm d/ling it @ 18.7KB/s :bawling:
