I'm able to read and understand what PHP code is doing, however, I am unable to write it effectively. I am looking for some help for my local, non-profit website. I'm willing to pay some money for some code that allows users to login, add entries to a database, and users to search the code that was added by other users. Can you explain in detail what exactly do you want this code to do :)
The login/registration script takes only 10 minutes, the add entries part depends on what users will add into the db, and the search engine is 5 minutes depending on part 2 :)

And the willing to pay some money ....... hm, we can talk about it later :)
