I dont know that company, simply use google searching for clients comments and have a look to their domain whois/ip's/dns.

So, do you need SSH Access? normally you will not have access until you request it, and not all providers will do it... why you need this? to move your accounts?

With your specs check out those companies:
JaguarPC
ResellerZoom
InnoHosting

They are very serious.

Try search from http://www.webhostingtalk.com/search.php to find a review that made about them. You can find a lot of alternatives, too by reading the reviews on WHT.

I'd suggest hostgator for your needs..
they're really good though their support isn't too great...

What's your budget? We would be able to recommend more if we know your budget.

Be sure before you signup to ask your host if they allow ssh access but on cpanel servers ask for jailed ssh.

And in most cases you will have to send a copy of a photo ID proof. Any way that depends upon the host's policy. But as Matt said, ask them before you sign up as there are many hosts that don't give shell access.
