I thought I would start a thread on what WHT members think about TOS's and AUP's. What do you think are the most important things to be in an AUP or TOS??? What do you never want to see in one??? What parts do you think should really be read before ordering?? Any comments...

They should'nt look so "legal". Make lists that are very clear and easy to read, and explain some of the basic things at the top of the document. Make it easy to find info on filetypes, nudity, language... oh, and how to cancel orders.

I believe it's more a matter of design, than the actual language. And the TOS/AUP should be easy to find, not a link somewhere you never look at.
