I just wanted to post a review of my experience with SeeksAdmin.com.

I've used them for the past 2 months to manage my servers, and they've always been prompt, professional and efficient in every way.

Their staff, especially Asif, always seems to be online and can be reached via their ticket system or IM.

I know 2 months is not a long time, but I've put them through their paces with the setup of 15+ remote databases, server setup and hardening etc. and they've always done a very professional job.

Overall, I have nothing but praise for SeeksAdmin. If you're in need of server management, I would highly recommend them.

Have you by chance used them to monitor client tickets as well. I was just curious to know about their response times for their helpdesk support. I am looking for someone to take care of my help desk I already have server managment.

Seeksadmin.com - I have personally worked for them in the past, However Ive gone freelance.

From my experience working with them as a staff member and a customer, they definately know what they are doing.

I may have to get them to contract some of my work as Im getting swamped.

Tristan is a well known administrator, He knows his linux :)

Used them in the past for one off jobs and they have alway been great.

Its Nice to hear their review. May be i would choose them to manage my servers if needed in future.

Do you know if seeksadmin is able to set up and manage a VPN server?

(I just sent them a sales email, as they are on my shortlist from when I was looking into good quality admin companies a few months ago...)
