View Full Version : Looking for a turnkey alternative to wildwest domains

Hi All,

We have a couple of great hosting domain names, and we underutilize them. Currently we have them with wildwestdomains ( godaddy ). I'm trying to find a different way to make money from the names. Right now we get an ugly interface which we throw our logo at the top and that's it. We can't really generate any traffic reports for the site, and the way the site is designed we really can't drive enough traffic to it.

I want to find a service where I have very little setup time, and build hosting clients. Billing & support included would be good. I know there are MANY other things we could do like referral links to several hosting companies etc, but I think hosting them is the best way. Anyone use any of these types of systems?

Thanks!

We are using them now as well, and quite happy with them. Their interface can be customized, and there is no yearly fee for joining.

I too vote for them. I have personally used them and are excellent.

No direct experience with ResellerClub but they have been around for awhile and my searches are coming up very positive overall.

It's part of the WHMCS (http://whmcs.com) package and you can use as much or little as you like. We don't use the hosting since we handle that ourselves, but we use them for SSL & Domain names. No complaints so far.

Good luck,
Joe

Most of the billing applications in the market have integrated ResellerClub API.

One low cost application is whoiscart (http://whoiscart.net) and a free one Solid State (http://www.solid-state.org)

Other than the ugly landing page, is there any reason not to use godaddy/wildwest?

I guess not. ;)
