Jburnley 07-31-2002, 05:45 PM DanielP: I guess you are referring to CPANEL's advertising agreement. I dont see were that is violated on our offer. I guess you are also a partner NOC. The agreement makes it clear that the licenses should be advertised at atleast $99.00 on the distributors site. Nowhere on the agreement is it mentioned that it cannot be resold any cheaper. Infact CPANEL's site states that you may resell at cheaper rates as long as you have it offered at atleast $99.00 on the distribution site. You may want to take a closer look at it and point out to me were we are going wrong. It is suggested not to sell below $60/monthly considering the effort the partnernoc/reseller has to put in for support issues etc. I could be absolutely wrong! :D BTW, please clarify if this offer is still good!
