View Full Version : InnoHosting Review (plus a few others)
sfoma 10-10-2007, 07:45 PM Have I used Dathorn, ResellerZoom, HostNine, and now InnoHosting. Actually there were a few others, but they were so long ago that I forget their names.
I used Dathorn a while back and really had no complaints with them. I moved because of a few features that I wanted back then. I would recommend them if you are looking for a host.
I used ResellerZoom for a couple of years and everything was great until a couple of months ago. I was constantly having high loads and outages. The support was less than desirable. No real conflicts, just no desire to make sure I was happy or really address the server problems. The response was always more along the lines of well stuff happens. One of my more popular sites was starting to lose users so I decided to switch.
I moved to HostNine less than 30 days ago and have not been happy at all. I have had outage after outage and virtually no support. After an outage I get a response on my ticket that says "fixed". Then 10 minutes later another outage and again down for 15 minutes with only a response of "fixed", even though I ask for more details. I posted in both their ticketing system and in their forum. They would actually lock the forum thread with no reply before they worked the ticket. Needless to stay I started looking for a new host again.
Now I am with InnoHosting. I have only been there a few days so I realize this in not long enough for a proper review. I will update this thread after a few months with them. So far everything has been excellent. I have moved some domains to them with the rest moving over as I type. I am actually still moving domains from both ResellerZoom and HostNine as never I never finished my migration before I could not take the HostNine outages any longer.
Uptime and performance are probably the two most important thing to me. I really hate looking for new hosting providers so I hope things will remain positive with InnoHosting.
PremiumHost 10-10-2007, 08:01 PM Thanks for the review.
It's a long list of hosting providers that you had experiece with. ;)
Good luck with your new host.

Welcome Aboard!!
Great to you hear you are enjoying our services thus far! I'm sure you'll have a refreshing experience with InnoHosting :)
CarlosMtnez 10-10-2007, 08:50 PM I heard good experiences about HostNine...
I left my actual provider by the same reason, poor uptime, highload server and a lot of outages... Now my choise is InnoHosting, I saw very good comments about this company and I ordered a Reseller account. I have to move all data.

Can you provide me with a ticket number so that I can have it reviewed? I would like to see what was the cause of your issues in addition to review how it was addressed. Thank you.
ldcdc 10-10-2007, 09:01 PM Thank you for taking the time to detail your experiences with us. Apparently, finding an inexpensive reseller hosting provider to stick with is not as easy as it may seem.
I will update this thread after a few months with them. Sounds like the right course of action to me. :)
Ireland 10-11-2007, 05:38 AM Just to add my own 2 cents ;)
I have Dathorn and Innohosting and find both to be very good. I have been with Innohosting the shortest period of time but yes, they are good on tech support.
Good choice for either.
Stephen3 10-11-2007, 08:24 AM I'm finding reseller hosting account which free whmcs too,
Does InnoHosting reliable?
web_host_guy_007 10-11-2007, 11:22 AM I had been the customer of InnoHosting for a short period of time and I found that their support is pretty slow. They do respond to sales related tickets but support takes days. Their 30 minutes response time as stated on their website is not guaranteed. So you need not expect that your ticket will be solved within 30 minutes.

To elaborate on this...
Indeed our support response time is not guaranteed as it would be foolish of us to guarantee a response. We focus more on the quality of responses and resolution..
I'm sorry if our support was not up to your standards. We were doing a migration of a few thousand accounts to our own equipment and naturually that did cause a sudden high amount of ticket submissions. We responded to this by hiring more staff, and our response time average is indeed back to what it was before (30mins average)..Not to mention our migrations have fully completed :)

Welcome aboard too! - Open a ticket for your migration request, and we'll take care of it :)
Nnyan 10-11-2007, 01:40 PM Both Dathorn and Innohosting are excellent hosts. It seems that Resellerzoom has had a bit of a rocky patch lately according to a few customers, but hopefully it's a bump in the road since they are a very good host.
Innohosting seems to have also had a bump in the road due to some migration issues but based on their responses IMHO they've handled this extremely well.
lwbbs 10-12-2007, 03:35 PM Enter the InnoHosting pages, I saw Reseller Hosting starting from $8.95 per mo.
But click more information, the min price is $16.95/mo.

If your interested in that package - grab it while you can.. It's being stopped soon and replaced with our new Business package..
Images are being updated right now :)
CarlosMtnez 10-12-2007, 05:57 PM Thanks.
It is confused.
At the end of their last offer I saw that they updated prices and reseller specs..., I think thats why. Contact to IH-Rameen if you appreciate some error.
lwbbs 10-12-2007, 09:37 PM Thanks for your information.
sfoma 11-14-2007, 03:16 PM I have now been with InnoHosting for a little over 30 days and I am happy to report that I am very happy :)
I have not had any detectable outages. I have not needed support for anything major, but I have contacted them a few times and I have been happy with the results.
I will update this thread again in a few more months and let you know how they are doing.
ldcdc 11-14-2007, 06:16 PM I have not had any detectable outages. How are you monitoring uptime?
sfoma 05-12-2008, 02:36 PM I have now been with InnoHosting for over 6 months now and I can report I am still happy. There have been a couple issues as with any host, but they have always been resolved quickly.
Also I received an email from HostNine telling me about their improved service and to try them out for 90 days. I have put one of my domains back on them and have been happy with the performance so far.
To date the best hosting providers I have been with are Dathorn and InnoHosting.

Yes, I'm very happy with Innohosting. also they are very honest, I paid twice an invoice for one month, I didn't know that, and the next month I ask them "why not charge to me this month?", and they reply telling me that I paid twice the last...
Great uptime and fast servers. My clients are very happy too.
:agree:
ldcdc 05-12-2008, 03:28 PM Nice of you guys to come back and give us updates! :agree:

I'm with Innohosting also for 6+ months(give or take). Haven't had one problem what so ever. I bought their $16 reseller, and would recommend Innohosting to my mom. However, I did a ipneighbor on my server and there's quite a few sites hosted on my server, hope it doesn't come crashing down someday.
Manageandsupport_com 05-15-2008, 09:06 PM Good review. Good luck with your new host.
jcr 1 05-16-2008, 04:49 PM Superb people. Very skilled tech support, fast to act. And they go in the knees to help you.
8 months with them very good both in USA servers and in UK.
