View Full Version : Modernbill V5.1 & Protx Gateway - help?

Hello,

I've recently setup and installed Modernbill V5.1, we've also setup the Protx gateway with the account and started testing. When using the admin 'virtual terminal' I have no problem processing a payment, but when using MB's order form and selecting 'credit card' it comes back with a constant error.

Has anyone got any ideas?
Is anyone a V5 expert, or knows of someone who could take a look?

had the same problem here.. MB Support as unable to help. That was the last time we've used MB

It's mad though, as its clearly stated the protx payment system is supported.
So, you go ahead and choose protx as your merchant, wait weeks and then have trouble.

Does anyone else have any advice?
I'm willing to pay someone to support us here?

PS: u do know that u can only use protx if they support ur bank..

Yes, we're with HSBC so they are fine.
