Richard, i read some minutes ago you have now a dns magnament and redirection option tyope mydomain, for domsins not registered with u.

I have the particular case of dozens of .com.ar domains, but are all in mydomain.com because they are registered in nic.ar , and is a needed burocratic process to be registered with them as ISP.

As example, check in www.nic.ar how is mydomain.com registered the domain licantropo*com.ar and you can checnk what i want say.

You can get many customers of argentina doing these process; if u need i can register some .com.ar for test purposes only.

So basically they have special requirements that need to be added to the dns? Things like soa records etc? I have played around with the .fr requirements and it is quite tedious to comply.

In answer to your question, yes, that would be something we would be interested in doing when we are ready.

No, nic.ar not publish his own WHOIS. Are two things to do:

a ) Check the `process to be a "acredited isp" , is burocratic, no technic. His email support is better than average and can help you. This part give us, the users, the able of point the domains to you, the isp.

b ) WHen i can point the domains to Mydomain, in mydomain i get "GLUE", really only matter ALL the NS and the A record pointing to the same IP. Then i can use it as a fixed ip address or server if i go to host and not only redirect.

ojos-abiertos*com*ar without dash point to a specific ip address.
