i noticed that a few random users in a few random domains on my RaQ4r give me an error message when i try to edit their password through the Cobalt GUI:

"You do not have permission to access the requested file on this server."

anyone know what could cause this? would i have to telnet in and chmod their user directoy to fix this?

Bug? Raqism? Really, I read it, just not sure what to make of it (just so you don't think we're all ignoring you) :)

If you reload the browser when you see the error, can you then edit it? Or does the same error occur? Is there a common thread to the accounts you can't edit (eg: are they over quota, are they new, do they have vowels in their names :), etc)?

The only time I have ever seen this error consistently is when I forgot to run the setup wizard on one of our RaQs, but it affected all users, until I corrected it.
