We need a programer to finish our site.

What we need -> something like modernbill (www.modernbill.com)
Needs to be able to run with authorize.net or 2checkout.com. Would like a lot of features such as:
Resellers: (domains etc..)
Affiliates: (affiliates get a % of people they refer etc..)

and many more features, I will discuss with the winner.
