I'm interested in finding out what merchant account providers offer merchant services to nine pharmacies. Seems like it's difficult finding a RELIABLE one. How are the Canadian Pharmacies consistently processing without interruption? I am based in South America. Any help is greatly appreciated.

LOL, they are not "Canadian" pharmacies, they just posing to appear like them, They are located everywhere but Canada, with Indian shipments in most cases. Genuine Canadian pharmacies do not sell generics, they sell brands that are also produced in Canada.

If you operate non-licensed online pharmacy with Indian shipping it's very hard to find reliable payment processor. And if you sell "controlled", then your chances for stable payments are close to zero.

I look at the Canadian Sites and they have PharmacyChecker and VIPPS symbols on them. They even have valid Canadian pharmacy license numbers shown. they can even advertise on google, yahoo, and the like. Hence i think they are real Canadian pharmacies.
regardless, I need an Rx merchant account solution. I'm a licensed pharmacy selling brand name and generic. Hoping someone can help.

licensed or not you still must have a face to face relashionship with the doctor to be legal in the USA.

Those Candians are not license as Leksus points out, I get tons of those mails each day in my spam folders.

intabill isn't better then instabill-ecsworld.com. all of them setting you up on aggregator account and after the first issue you can forget your money...

They are different companies. Instabill and ECS World are based in the UK and owe me (among others) a great deal of funds. Intabill is based in Australia (www.intabill.com) and are a totally different operation.

Don't you get it, dude? it D O E S N O T matter who will you find. Any processor or bank has absolutely legal clause to shut you the f.. down any time they want! And you know why? Because you were illegal even before you even found them. So they may kinda look another way while approving you, wait till you process for about a month getting most of your shippments on the way to your customers, and then they will suddenly "wake up" and say "Ouch, look, we just learned you sell this and that, which you did not tell us before. So your account is now terminated, go screw yourself somewhere else."

That what has happened and will happen eventually with every of such pharmacies. They know very well you will not go and complaint anywhere, so why make 5-10% of you when they can make 100%?"

Because we're talking about something completely different. He is trying to do something in which no processors will touch for long. If you're processing other goods which do not have legality borders, like this, then merchant providers are excellent.

It comes down to what you're selling. In this case, either way, you're probably screwed.

The businesses are called high risk because they pose risk to processors. A high risk account not only requires processor monitoring, but key personnel are required at business end as well to carefully monitor what gets processed on credit cards. Processors cannot be held responsible for merchant mismanagement. If you want to run high risk business, learn what is required or you can always sell popcorn online :popcorn:

Could be that your Instabill account was placed thru Scanorder and if so, your money are gone.

No, our customers never charge back, as there are many payment for the orders.
instabill write to us will bank wire the money to us last year, but then they never reply us, or just say we have to wait!!

If there are no controlled medications or "substances of concern" (such as tramadol), pharmacy license, medical questionnaire and/or prior prescription required, tracked shipments, there are plenty of options for Visa and ACH/Check21 processing.

We have found over the years that one of the best, long lasting option's for pharmacy card processing is to keep your processor seperate from your pharm site with an LLC Company. You will also use your "Own LLC Company"(ie., processor)in a more wise and cautious fashion than you do just some ol-processor you signed up for.

Your LLC is your processing company, seperate and structured for marketing, advertising and other business services which you make each client aware of. They feel much better about doing business with you then being charged for your products and/or services in that way.

There are literally hundreds of safe payment solutions out there you just need to know where to look.
