I'm looking at Ad programmes to use with my ad rotation software for some sites i and my friends run. Can anyone suggest anywhere good?
I already use BidVertiser a little bit, TradeDoubler a lot and Adsense a lot. Are there any other good ones out there?

If your content has a good deal of text, try kontera (www.kontera.com). It took me about 2 weeks to be approved, because their support team is slow, but the inline ads are great. Miva works well, if you only have one site, but didn't work well enough for me, because it's got to be configured independently on a per-site basis.

If you're not monetizing text, you probably should. Inline advertisement is great, providing you find the providers that actually get what they're supposed to get in there (related content), which I've found Kontera does rather well.
