I have a very large xmb forum running and it makes load hit 5.0-7.0, some times MUCH more. It runs very slow when only 25-30 people are browsing - I really don't recommend it, but that's just me ;). I honestly wouldn't take that .NET magazine's review seriously. They did not justify any of their ratings really. Though in truth, the two top free boards a Invision and phpBB.
