they are down now for the second day now my domain's are still up and runing but i think this is a very bad sign..having the main site down.

any ideas?

Only the pixelseven.com main account is on our servers; they probably chose to in case of network/server issues :) We have informed several clients on those IP ranges a week ago that IP addresses are being renumbered and it seems that the ones for pixelseven.com were not yet changed. Be patient, nothing to worry about :)

Hi Guys,

Thank Tim, and Marc for getting in here.

Our registrar did not update the IP addresses as we requested. This was nor MC Host or Our fault, buy our registrars. Things should be back to normal tomorrow afternoon, or morning if we are lucky.

No need to worry, things will get back to normal quickly. In the meantime we are taking extra care to ensure that servers are running correctly since our helpdesk is inaccessible.
