This notification is to let you know that some or all of the products you purchased from <here goes my reseller name> will now be managed through Domains Priced Right(R). Domains Priced Right offers the same great domain and service management tools, as well as friendly, 24/7, expert service.

What does that mean? I am not a reseller anymore?

yes. i wrote them a message through their web-site form. there was an auto-reply that they will answer in 24 hours. no answers so far.

from my experience calling them by phone is a waste of time...

While you are in such a grave situation you think calling them will be waste of time.

BTW do update what actually happened.

Yep! sounds like it.
I would definitely call the WWD. Looks like someone hacked into your account and transferred the domains.

Only the name of the reseller has changed? Or domains under you also vanished or are they still there?

This seems to be something real serious.

Any other WWD reseller noticed this?

Sounds like a bad hack. You say you can still log into your reseller panel but it displays someone else's name? That seems odd. What does the whois show on your domains?

I'd try...ASAP...to reset the name in the reseller panel to your own and change the password!!!

Good advice and make the pass a good one.?

In the meantime still continue to contact WWD as there is no change or news of any changes on their site. Seems as though that other site is also a godaddy/WWD reseller.?

Dear xxx,

Thank you for taking time to contact Online Support. Based on current WHOIS information, the domain name in question is registered through Domains Priced Right. I apologize for any confusion.

Please let us know if we can assist you in any other way.

If you google "domains priced right" "wild west domains" you will see that they seem to be in cooperation with wwd.
There are also threads here on wht that states they are the same company, all the way back to 2002.

What I think you should do is find your dpr log in or other information and then you should be able to see your domains and reseller account there.

no. "Registered through:" changed to DPR, all other contacts and nameservers are still mine.

Is possible expire the wwd membership ?

i thought so. never recieved any notifications about that and the credit card on this account is still active. then why it would expire?

well, i can log in and see my domains, but they was registered through my reseller, and now they are registered directly at DPR.

That means that i`m not a reseller of theese domains anymore, and this sounds weird. My clients who payed me for this domains now see that their domains are registerd through DPR.

p.s. no comments from WWD so far.

Sounds very bad. Then you cant get the auth codes ? My first idea is Transfer out asap because the whois not changed yet.

So you have control over your domains?
What kind of account you have with WWD? Maybe they have put you under one of their super resellers (DPR)?

DPR is owned by GoDaddy. Looks like GoDaddy took control of your names. Have you had any payment fraud problems with your account?

Did you pay your annual fee? $99 for Basic WWD Reseller.

This seems that there was a problem with $99 annual fee. WWD had a probllem billing $99 from my CC (thats odd, why? it`s active) -- but -- why there was no any notifications from wwd?

p.s. still no significant help from wwd support.

Domains priced right didnt steal your clients, you lost them.

Bascially your reseller account with WWD expired and was not renewed. Since you are required to have a CC onfile be sure to check that it is still valid and has not expired.

Domains priced Right is basically the godaddy reseller account, whenever they have a reseller that either cancels or doesnt pay for their reseller account anymore then all the clients they had get transfered over to Domains Priced Right....and they all get an email notice so they can still have access to their services.

As mentioned before, when you quit or lapse the WWD reseller program, your account goes to DPR. They might reinstate it for you, talk to them.
