If the MTA used on Linux server has IMAP feature you can do it simply by creating an IMAP account in your Outlook. BTW most of teh MTAs has IMAP feature.

Does your server have any control panel?

I use direct admin , so exim is the MTA and i am not secure about the imap server
bui t is a DA standard!
And i can do this for the contacts e calendar?

Have you looked at Bynari? I saw them at CeBit awhile back.
They has a calendar sharing ability with web client and Outlook.
