"As children, we're taught to think from the heart and live out our dreams. But at some point, reality takes over and we think only with our heads," said Patrick Sullivan, President of Workopolis. "Many of us need to stop and ask ourselves what we really want to be now that we are grown up. The ideal job should marry the raw enthusiasm we felt as children with the tangible rewards we want on the job as adults today ."

In just under two weeks of starting to get myself out there I've landed 2 new clients last night! I was very excited because up to now I've wondered can I really turn my childhood dream into a reality? The quote above couldn't possibly express my frame of mind any better. When growing a business, there are two directions it can turn into:

a hobby/pass time
a business (weather profitable or not)Sometimes it takes a long time for web hosts to land clients and some never do, so I'm very excited about my progress. There is always the possibility of losing a customer due to a 30 day back policy, fraud, etc but for now I'm going to enjoy this moment and hope to inspire others to keep heading toward their goals.

Keeping your customers is just as much work as it is to get them. It can be frustrating and tiresome sometimes, but in the long run, it's definitely worth it. Also, you need to have realistic goals, or else you will be disappointed and lose hope. Just remember to always stay optimistic, and I wish you the best of luck!
