i had some bad experience with OptikHosting .
they had some attractive plans so o buy a reseler one . after some big downtimes ( excused *** ddos ataks ) not .. the server is gone ... afer 2 months of questions NOTanswered i finely got 9 identical repplyes on Sep 14, 2007 11:58 PM : "
the server that you have (or had) an account on ... Will be terminated as of September 15th"
"KEEP YOUR HOSTING:
If you have a non-reseller account and are willing to pay your account yearly please contact Ron ... We will not accept all accounts"

What is the domain that you had hosted with them?

Hope you did not wait 2 months for them to finally come back to you, and a very strange mail you got, but then some people keep surprising me. Hope you have more luck elsewhere, there are good and honest businesses out there.

I have seen another post regarding them another forum, namepros, I think and what I read there is that they gave two weeks of notice to all clients.
So you didn't get a mail from them two weeks ago?

This is a Very strange and a non-professional behavior from the web host. Probably, they could have given an option of shifting them to another servers..
